Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 24, 2026 Last updated: June 24, 2026

Raptrr LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit raptrr.com (the “Website”) or get in touch with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

1. Who we are

Raptrr LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, USA. We provide AWS cloud migration, management, and optimization services for small and medium-sized businesses.

For privacy questions or requests, see “How to contact us” at the end of this Policy.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers information we collect through the Website and our general business communications. Services we deliver under a separate written agreement may be governed by the privacy and confidentiality terms in that agreement; where those terms conflict with this Policy for that engagement, the agreement controls.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, company name, company website, details about your current AWS usage and needs, your estimated cloud spend, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 and our Cookie Policy.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation) through the Website. Please don’t send us sensitive information through the contact form.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the quote or information you requested;
  • communicate with you about our services and your requests;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • understand how visitors use the Website so we can make it better;
  • detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for example, non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business and Website; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (for example, responding to your quote request); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Website and to understand how it’s used. Some are necessary for the site to work; others help us measure traffic and performance. You can control cookies through your browser and, where offered, our cookie controls. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

7. How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to host the Website, process form submissions, send email on our behalf, and provide analytics and security. They may process your information only to provide services to us. Our hosting and infrastructure may include Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raptrr LLC, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Raptrr LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We’ll note any such change of ownership or use of your personal information in this Policy.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — and then delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you;
  • the right to correct inaccurate information;
  • the right to delete your information;
  • the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); and
  • the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you have the rights listed above. The categories of personal information we may collect are described in Section 3. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may submit a request through the methods in “How to contact us,” and you may use an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

EEA / UK residents. In addition to the rights above, you may have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods in “How to contact us.” We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Third-party websites

The Website may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. This Policy doesn’t apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any site you visit.

13. Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
